"Billing was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The billing process was a mess for me. I was charged the wrong amount, and even after I paid, it took forever for the payment to actually clear. I kept checking back because the balance still looked off, which was really annoying over something that should’ve been simple.

"Fit my room well"
The size was pretty much what it said in the listing, and it fit my living room nicely. I’m taking off one star though because the delivery was kinda slow

"Delivery was fine, but the assembly could’ve been better"
The delivery part went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues there. But this is where it got annoying: the assembly felt rushed, and one of the drawers still sits a little crooked. It’s usable, but definitely not as finished-looking as I expected

"Warranty Came Through in the End"
I had to use the warranty on our couch after one of the recliners started acting up. The claim process was a little slow at first, and I had to call twice to check on it, which was kind of annoying. But once they had all the information, they got the repair scheduled. The tech was polite and fixed the issue, so that part went well. It was not a perfect experience, but they did stand behind the warranty, so I would give them 4 stars.

"Messy showroom made me second-guess things"
I stopped in just to browse, but the showroom felt cluttered and not very well kept. A few of the displays had dust on them, and there was random stuff on the floor in some areas. It didn’t give me the best first impression, and it kind of made me wonder how much attention to detail they put into everything else.

"Love the sofa, but the support was frustrating"
I’m actually really happy with the sofa we bought, but the whole experience after the purchase was such a headache. I had an issue with the delivery and tried calling and emailing, and it took days before I got a real answer. Like, how is this okay when someone is just trying to figure out where their order is? To be fair, once I finally reached someone, they were nice and helpful, but the waiting around was really frustrating.

"Looks nice, but the fabric could be softer"
The couch looks really nice in the room, and overall I don’t regret buying it. But this is where it got annoying: the fabric felt rougher than I expected when I first sat on it. The upholstery has kind of a stiff texture at first, which isn’t terrible, but for the price I was hoping it would feel a little softer and more comfortable right away.

"Nice looking furniture overall"
I liked a lot of the styles at Gardner White. They’re modern, but still look comfy, you know? A few of the designs felt kinda similar to each other, but overall, I think the pieces would look really nice in my home.

"I just wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them again"
After my experience with Gardner-White, I just don’t feel good about going back. The whole process felt disorganized, and something about it didn’t sit right with me. Maybe it was the way things were handled, but it left me feeling like I couldn’t fully trust what I was being told. Customer service didn’t really help change that feeling either. For such a big furniture store, I expected things to feel a lot more professional and straightforward. I’d rather take my business somewhere I feel better about.

"I ordered online from Gardner White and..."
I ordered online from Gardner White and chose store pickup. I think it was last Thursday, or maybe the week before, but either way I got the email saying my order was ready and headed over. The pickup area wasn’t hard to find, which I appreciated.

I did end up waiting around for maybe 10 or 15 minutes before someone came over, so it wasn’t totally seamless. Once they helped me though, everyone was friendly and they loaded everything into my car without any problems. I’d probably use pickup again.

"Fabric ripped way too fast"
I was disappointed with this. The fabric feels cheap and it literally ripped after barely any use. I expected it to hold up a lot better.

"Convenient place to stop after work"
I really like that this store is close to where I live, because it makes running in for something quick feel like way less of a hassle. The hours also worked out nicely for me, especially after getting off work, so I didn’t feel rushed trying to make it there before they closed. It was just an easy, convenient stop at the end of the day.

I was browsing a sofa on gardner-white.com, and to me the product details were laid out in a way that actually made sense. The measurements, color choices, and delivery info were easy to find, so I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of pages just to figure out the basics.
I’d give it 4 stars because I personally would’ve liked better photos, especially close-ups of the fabric so I could get a better feel for the texture. Still, the information that was there made me feel comfortable with what I was ordering

"Return went fine, just a bit slow"
I had to swap out a chair from Gardner White, and they did take care of it in the end. It just took longer than I thought it would. The customer service folks were nice, but I had to call a couple times to see what was going on. Not a bad experience, just wish it had been a little more straightforward.

"Looks gooood, but not comfy enough"
I bought a sofa from Gardner White i’m a little disappointed with how it feels. It looked really nice in the store, but after sitting on it for a few days, my back started hurting and the cushions feel way too firm in some random spots. The armrests are also just not at a great height for meeee. Delivery went fine, so no complaints there, but comfort-wise I definitely expected better
